Leadership Team

Eric is responsible for the operational reliability and scalable technology behind Telepin’s world-class mobile transaction solutions. As head of R&D, he drives the end-to-end platform roadmap while constantly focusing on what customers want and need in the evolving global mobile economy. He also leads Telepin’s open-source initiatives to support financial services in developing countries with groups like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the GSMA.

Prior to joining Telepin in 2008, Eric held various roles at Airwide Solutions, where he grew his experience as a trusted advisor through his work across a diverse set of roles, including product management and solution architecture. Eric holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Systems and Computer from Carleton University.

Fay Boubidi brings 20+ years of experience driving growth across fintech and telecom, with a strong focus on emerging markets. He has led strategic expansion initiatives, built high-impact partnerships, and unlocked new revenue streams in digital payments and mobile financial services.
Throughout his career, he has worked with leading organizations such as Ooredoo and AC Nielsen, combining product and commercial leadership with deep market insight to scale businesses across multiple regions.
Fay holds an MBA from Paris School of Management. Outside of work, he is a certified paraglider and mountain climber, currently on a journey to complete the Seven Summits, reflecting his ambition, resilience, and drive.

Francois leads financial operations and business partnering at Telepin, supporting global sales, forecasting, and commercial performance.
Prior to Telepin, he held senior finance roles within Lumine Group subsidiaries including NetEngage and Motive, contributing to scalable growth in SaaS and telecom environments. He also brings extensive experience in financial management, compliance, audit, risk management, and M&A.
Francois is a qualified Professional Accountant (SA), Chartered CFO (SA), and MBA graduate from MANCOSA, with research focused on digitalisation and SME growth in emerging markets.

Mark brings his expertise and proven track record of 35 years in telecommunications and finance to Telepin for ensuring customer success across our product offerings. Mark’s responsibilities cover the entire product lifecycle from development through to implementation and onto enhancements and integrations, the success of such provides financial inclusion for millions of people and gains for a sustainable world.
Mark holds a specialist degree in Computer Sciences for Data Management from the University of Toronto and is a rabid Leafs fan.

With more than 20+ years of industry experience, Gerald leads the global Professional Services team for Telepin. Gerald is responsible for all customer project lifecycle success.  Before joining Telepin, Gerald held various technical and managerial roles with Mitel, Bridgewater Systems, and Amdocs, working regularly with Tier 1 Telecommunications customers. In his spare time, Gerald has enjoyed being a scuba diving instructor, sport rock climbing, white-water `canoeing, motorcycling and is an avid reader.
