Chief Executive Officer
Timothy is a veteran telecom executive who brings 25+ years of global operations experience in the telecom industry. Timothy joins Telepin from Incognito where he led the strategy and day-to-day operations of the company. During his tenure at Incognito, the company improved its operational execution and delivery, while also increasing its competitiveness in the market and winning key new customers.
Timothy has held senior roles at leading telecom software companies like Amdocs where he worked within the Data Experience Business Unit with a focus on network solutions. Timothy has previously held various BSS/OSS leadership positions in Oracle, Metasolv Software, and Nortel.
Chief Technology Officer
Eric is responsible for the operational reliability and scalable technology behind Telepin’s world-class mobile transaction solutions. As head of R&D, he drives the end-to-end platform roadmap while constantly focusing on what customers want and need in the evolving global mobile economy. He also leads Telepin’s open-source initiatives to support financial services in developing countries with groups like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the GSMA.
Prior to joining Telepin in 2008, Eric held various roles at Airwide Solutions, where he grew his experience as a trusted advisor through his work across a diverse set of roles, including product management and solution architecture. Eric holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Systems and Computer from Carleton University.
Vice President, Global Head of Sales
Rizwan has more than 20 years of sales, business development, and new market development experience. His expertise includes developing new business through strategic partnerships, new customer acquisitions, and opening new markets. He has a successful track record of driving growth and developing long-term successful customer relationships. Rizwan’s focus is to provide exceptional customer advocacy that enables Telepin customers to get a solid return on their investment, and to provide strategic direction on the future growth of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Brock University.
Vice President, Customer Support and Managed Services
Pedro heads up Telepin’s Maintenance and Managed Services organization, focusing his unique combination of commercial, technical, and managerial skills to successfully execute complex customer projects. Pedro leads Telepin’s global delivery organization and establishes it’s working practices as best in class, accomplishing the implementation speed and quality that is required by our customer base.He believes "innovative thinking is critical for a customer service organization, to work around unexpected challenges and deliver better, faster results". Pedro has worked in the telco and video industry for the last 20 years, most recently with Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent, and brings a proven track record of building and leading high-performance professional services and support teams. He has previously held technology leadership and management roles in sales, delivery, and maintenance.
Vice President, Sales Operations
With more than 20+ years of industry experience, Essam leads the global sales operations for Telepin. Before joining Telepin, Essam held leadership business development roles within Incognito, Velocix, and Amdocs' Network Business Unit. Essam brings extensive management experience in small and large companies across a number of industries. He holds Masters' degrees in Management and Computer Systems from the University of Ottawa.
Amanda brings 20+ years of progressive financial management, operations, and administrative leadership in small and large companies across a number of industries. As a member of the executive leadership team, she leads all financial activities at Telepin, including financial reporting, governance, forecasting, and operational support. Amanda is a CPA, CA with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa.
