Are you our next hire? We are looking for a Technical Writer!
Telepin is hiring a Technical Writer to create quality product documentation for its Mobile Financial Services products. Documentation will include, but is not limited to:
The Technical Writer will work with software developers and engineers to understand the technical aspects of the feature or product and create draft versions of documents for review. The Technical Writer will incorporate the review comments and other feedback to produce customer-ready final document versions. All documentation will follow Telepin’s standard format templates but the Technical Writer is encouraged to suggest template changes that make the documentation more readable, usable, and understandable.
The Technical Writer will have at least 4 years’ experience working in a software development environment creating quality technical documentation. The candidate must be able to demonstrate proficiency in the interview process and by submitting examples of technical documents upon request. The primary language of Telepin’s documentation is English, therefore the applicant must possess an excellent command of written and spoken English.
The position is based in our Ottawa office located in Kanata, Ontario.
